Service

Terral, Inc. operates a peer-to-peer (C2C) home rental platform, accessible via its mobile app and the terral-inc.com website.

By creating an account or using Terral, Inc.'s services, you accept these Terms of Service without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.

Registration is open to any adult (18 years or older) with a valid phone number.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use only one account per person.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Take responsibility for any activity carried out from your account.
• Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account.

• Host: publishes listings, accepts or declines requests, receives payments after approval.
• Traveler: searches for properties, submits requests, makes payments through the platform.
• Superhost: a status granted to Hosts who meet strict quality criteria (response rate, rating, booking volume).

The same user may hold both roles at the same time.

Every listing is subject to mandatory pre-moderation before going live.

• The Host guarantees they own the property or have the necessary authorization to rent it out.
• Photos, descriptions, and information must be accurate and up to date.
• Any substantial change requires a new approval.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings are removed without notice.

Booking on Terral, Inc. is not instant: the Traveler submits a request that the Host must accept or decline.

• The Host has 48 hours to respond. After that, the request expires automatically.
• Repeated, unjustified declines may result in a penalty or suspension of the Host account.
• The booking is confirmed once the Host accepts and payment is validated.

Three cancellation policies are available, set by the Host:

Terms are shown on each listing before confirmation. Terral, Inc. acts as arbitrator in the event of a dispute.

• The internal messaging system is reserved for exchanges related to bookings and properties.
• Any sensitive, offensive, or illegal content is automatically filtered or flagged.
• Sharing personal contact information to bypass the Platform is prohibited.

After each stay, the Host and Traveler can rate each other (1 to 5 stars + comment) in accordance with the EQUIRATE system.

• Ratings must be objective and honest.
• Abusive, false, or defamatory ratings may be removed.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws in your country and in the property's country.
• Not publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Not attempt to access unauthorized parts of the Platform.
• Not use bots or scripts to scrape or manipulate the Platform.
• Not impersonate another user or Terral, Inc.
• Not bypass the Platform's payment system.

Terral, Inc. acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for:

• Inaccurate information published by users.
• Damages occurring during a stay between Host and Traveler.
• Service interruptions caused by external factors (force majeure, network outages).

All elements of the Platform (logo, design, code, text) are the exclusive property of Terral, Inc., protected under applicable intellectual property rights.

By publishing content, you grant Terral, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content as part of the service.

Terral, Inc. may suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal content, or abusive behavior.

You may delete your account at any time, freely:

• From the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
• Via the dedicated page: terral-inc.com/en/supprimer-mon-compte.

Terral, Inc. may update these Terms of Service. In the event of a material change, you will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

Continuing to use the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the law in force in Terral, Inc.'s country of establishment.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any legal action.
