Delete
my account

You can delete your Terral, Inc. account at any time, with no justification needed. Choose the method that works for you below.

From the mobile app
The fastest way — directly from your device

Open the Terral app on your device.

Go to your Profile — icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Tap Settings (gear icon).

Scroll down to the Account section.

Tap Delete my account.

Confirm with your password or security code.

You'll receive an email confirmation.
Before deleting your account
  • All your active listings will be removed from the platform.
  • Ongoing reservations will be canceled according to the applicable policy.
  • Your history and reviews will no longer be accessible.
  • Pending payments will be processed before final deletion.
  • This action is irreversible.
What gets deleted
  • Profile and personal information (name, photo, phone number)
  • ID documents submitted for verification
  • Listings and property photos
  • Conversations and messages (anonymized)
  • Account preferences and settings
Data retained
  • Transaction data and invoices kept for 10 years (accounting obligations)

In accordance with the Privacy Policy, §6.

30 days Complete deletion of your personal data occurs within 30 days of confirmation.
